This is the 3rd or fourth time I've used Precision. called yesterday, came this morning - repaired one door and replaced spring mechanism on the other. Very professional, cleaned up afterwords, thorough explanation of what the services would be and the price. Done everything within about 1.5 hours as stated. Given all the contractors I've had at my home - these guys are the best by far. I don't even ask for quotes from other firms when it comes to the garage doors. I've had different techs and all great - this time it was Jose Rosario. Thanks to Jose and the team. I don't typically write reviews -Be safe.

The large main spring over the garage door broke in half, could not open the door. I remembered seeing your commercials on tv and decided to call. I made the call on a Sunday, but unfortunately they could not come out till Monday. They accommodated the time frame that I needed for Monday and the Technician called me, told me his name and said he was on his way. Joshua, the technician was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions, and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door and if I ever need them in the future, I would not hesitate to call. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Josh got right to work on installing a new Triple Touch Bottom Seal on our garage door. He was done quickly and was very thorough in explaining other areas of the garage door to keep an eye on. I was very impressed with the technicians (Justin Carrico maybe & 1 other gentleman) who came to my home to fix my garage door problem. They called before coming over as promised and identified themselves that they would be wearing masks and gloves before coming in. Upon arriving, they came in to the garage, inquired about what the problem was and proceeded to fix the problem. They located the most likely reason why the door wasn't opening properly and made the necessary adjustments necessary to fix it. It was something that I hadn't even considered that caused the problem, they really do know their business. Thank you for such excellent service in a timely and professional manner, I'm glad I choose your company for service, I would never consider going anywhere else for service, Not only did they do a great job both this time and last (Jose Rosario in April 2019), they were also just really nice people.
