This weekend my new garge door would not close. Acted like the saftey beam was blocking the door from closing. I looked for anything that would be a cause for it to not close. Could not find anything wrong. Of course when the man came to check the door out...it closed. He did some adjustment, making it run quiter and lubericated all of the moving parts. Door now works great. Good job, well done, Thanmk you.
