Our garage door opener quit,went online and was just Lucky enough to contact Precision Door. Sean McAndrew called before his arrival,was on time, and very personable. Explained everything,no high pressure selling.We bought the opener Sean installed it. Went over all instructions,programed in door pad and car remotes and cleaned up all trash. Customer service is alive and well! First of all I called for an appointment on Saturday morning and by the end of the day the repairs were complete. Mike arrived on time, exhibited a professional attitude and appearance. Provided a complete inspection and several options with NO high pressure sales pitch. The repairs were professionally completed, provided a complete explanation work performed and the equipment operation. We recently had a garage door motor and some ancillary parts replaced. After a few days the door began to screech when it was opening or closing, particularly when closing. I called Precision, who had done the repairs and they came out quickly fixed the problem (which was unrelated to their previous repairs) at no cost to us. I came home from work on Tuesday evening and opened my garage door, when I pushed the button to close it, the motor quit working. I was getting company from up North on Thursday and thinking I have to find someone to fix this right away. Wednesday morning while reading the newspaper there was an ad about garage door repair. I called and they came out that day. We decided to have a new opener installed and we are so happy we did. The technician was so pleasant and professional, discussed everything with us and now I have a super quiet garage door with the new advanced features I had been wanting for awhile.
